I was a little sceptical because this was my first time buying a recondictioned rim. I work near Houston and stopped by so many shops and was disappointed at their quality I was ready to buy one from the dealer. I came across Phenix and they were the cheapest online and in-town. With their full warranty I figured I'd give them a shot. When I received the rim, I was blown away. The rims was perfect; no scratches, dings or chips.
